The quality of the barrels is closely related to the quality of the oak staves. Nothing truer, however, to achieve this, you need attention, competence and patience.

The production process takes quite a long time and each stage of the process has its own importance for the production of high quality products.

• Oak logs are rigorously selected by our specialists and are coming in 100% from Romanian’s forest.
• Wood is cut into quarters, according to dimensional criteria and is selected according to the structure.
• The dowels are naturally dried and kept outdoors for more than two years (between 24 and 36 months).
