Complaints

Complaints of any kind regarding FSC® custody insurance (FSC-C110360) (including logo and labels) are made to the attention of the FSC custodian chain manager: Florina Moise.

The ways of submitting complaints are:

By submitting the written complaint directly at the company’s headquarters in: Sagricom Indoor, Ulmi Commune, Dambovita County, Postal Code 135477, Romania.
It is mandatory for the complaint to include the applicant’s identification data, such as the name, contact details (telephone, e-mail and eventual address) to which he / she wishes to receive the reply.

Upon receipt of the complaint, the FSC custodian management chain manager confirms the receipt of the complaint to the complainant, registering each complaint with order numbers. All complaints are kept in the form printed on FSC records, records and records for at least 5 years

The maximum deadline for resolving complaints is 30 days. For exceptional cases, the settlement term is 60 days, but with the obligation to motivate the decision and announce the applicant in advance.

The answer with the way of resolving the complaint by SC VASCONY PROD SRL will be made in the same way as it was registered (by phone, e-mail, fax, written address).

Any complaint about the implementation of the FSC for chain of custody and controlled timber will be settled amicably. If such settlement is not possible or the complainant is not satisfied, he may still address the certification body that issued the certificate through his representative. The contact details of the certification body (Soil Association of Bristol, UK) can be found at www.soilassociation.org/forestry.

If, in this case, the response received by the complainant is not considered satisfactory, it may be addressed directly to the FSC Contact Person or to the FSC International Management in Bonn, Germany (contact details can be found at www.fsc.org)
